When we receive a new order for an advertisement here’s what to expect:
Each order goes through an internal approval process. We review the submission to ensure that it meets our media guidelines and verify that we have all the information we need to create your advertisement.
If the submission meets our guidelines or once we have all the information needed, it will be approved and you will be notified via email. If it does not meet our guidelines or if we have any questions regarding your submission, we will reach out to billing email on your order.
Once approved, we will start creating your advertisement. Please be mindful that all updates from this point will incur an additional charge.
Your advertisement will be delivered to the billing email on your order within 48 hours of purchase – if the original submission met our guidelines.
If you opted-in for monthly promotion, we post to our social media channels the following day after we have emailed your advertisements to you and subsequently every two weeks for the duration of your subscription.
