3.1 Users who wish to list their horse or business on The Premier Horse website must pay a listing fee, which varies depending on the type of listing.
3.2 Users who wish to promote their listing through our monthly promotional services must pay a separate recurring fee, which also varies depending on the type of promotion. Our monthly promotional service is an auto-renewal service, meaning, it renews automatically charging the card on file for every new promotional period.
3.3 All recurring promotional fees are non-refundable.
3.4 All listings and advertisements promoted through our channels must have an active monthly promotional service.
3a. ADVERTISING AND DESIGN SERVICES
3a.1 Users who wish to purchase advertisements or design services from The Premier Horse must pay a fee, which varies depending on the type of service.
3a.2 Users must provide accurate and complete information when purchasing this service. Users are responsible for ensuring that their requirements for this service are communicated effectively and accurately.
3a.3 Once the design process has started all fees are non-refundable.
4. USER ACCOUNTS
4.1 Users must create an account to use The Premier Horse websites. User accounts are subject to approval by The Premier Horse.
